Cloud Computing has become a scalable service consumption and delivery platform in the field of Computing Services. The goal of Cloud Computing is to share resources among the cloud service consumers, cloud partners, and cloud vendors in the cloud value chain.
Many small and medium enterprises with scarce in-house IT support and limited knowledge about different cloud technologies encounter difficulties in making the most appropriate choice on ‘buying’ a private cloud or ‘renting’ a public cloud service.
A research found that companies in Europe adopted Public Cloud Computing earlier and used more Cloud services than companies based in North America. As a result, Europe gains the advantage of reducing their IT spending and headcount.
NGCN specialises in providing cloud computing solutions.
Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS)
NGCN manages and delivers underlying infrastructure including network, storage and computing resources. Customers (end users) are able to configure, run and administer software, which may include operating systems, applications and selected networking components such as firewall.
Currently, we have server farms in Europe and India. We will build server farms in United States and Singapore in the coming future. All these solutions are available globally from our datacenters.
Platform as a Service (PaaS)
We deliver and manage programming languages, libraries, frameworks, services and tools for the customers to create and deploy their applications. We also manage and administer the infrastructure, including operating systems, servers, network and storage, while customers have control over the deployed applications and configuration settings for the application hosting environment.
Software as a Service (SaaS)
We manage and administer the entire cloud infrastructure including individual applications, operating system, network and so on. Cloud Contact Centre and Cloud Unified Communication come under this category.
