Dedicated Hosted Service works on private cloud. Dedicated virtual system or dedicated hardware server for business. The cloud contact centre application is configured on a dedicated server and the solution is provided via a secure VPN.
Cloud Contact Centre is the predictive dialler solution which is implemented on top of the NGCN Cloud Unified Communication. Cloud Contact Centre has all the features of cloud unified communication.
